1. General
Talent Wave India provides a platform and talent-management service for connecting clients with artists, performers, influencers and other talent. Submission of an enquiry does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Booking Enquiries
All booking requests are subject to artist availability, client requirements, commercial terms and written confirmation from Talent Wave India. Availability, fees and deliverables may change until confirmation.
3. Client Information
Clients must provide accurate contact, event, campaign, location, date, budget and requirement information. Talent Wave India may contact the client using the information supplied in the enquiry.
4. Talent Profiles
Information submitted by artists should be accurate and owned or lawfully licensed by the submitting artist. Talent Wave India may review, edit, approve, reject, publish or remove profiles and submitted material.
5. Fees & Payments
Any fee, commission, advance, cancellation charge or other commercial term will be communicated separately for the relevant engagement. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable commercial conditions are accepted and confirmation is issued.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation, postponement and changes are subject to the terms agreed for the specific booking. Talent Wave India may communicate applicable charges or revised commercial terms where relevant.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
Users must not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights. Talent Wave India may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsuitable for publication.
8. Privacy & Communications
Information submitted through forms may be used to process enquiries, communicate about bookings and manage talent applications. By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted regarding your request.
9. Limitation
Talent Wave India acts as a talent-management/booking facilitator. Specific engagement responsibilities, deliverables and commercial terms are governed by the applicable booking confirmation or agreement.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future submissions.
